When sharing information about nutrition, do your best to reference credible sources. Our community values evidence-based discussion. If you're unsure about a claim, it's perfectly fine to say so or ask others for sources.

Protect Privacy

Do not share personal information about other members without their consent. Confidentiality is paramount. What members share in discussions should remain within the community, and personal details should never be used in ways that could compromise anyone's privacy.

No Spam or Self-Promotion

The community is for genuine discussion and shared learning, not for promoting products, services, or external agendas. Self-promotion messages will be removed. We're here to learn together, not to be sold to.

Members come from all walks of life with different dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals. Support questions from newer members, celebrate progress, and offer encouragement. Avoid judgmental language about food choices or body types.

Violations: Harassment, threats, spam, and severe policy breaches may result in removal from the community. Our moderators work to maintain a safe, respectful space for all members. If you witness a violation, please report it so we can respond promptly.
